Growing up as the kid that would massage family and friends, I enjoyed making others feel good. Later I would receive the benefits of massage therapy following an auto injury. I then continued to receive massage during my years of restaurant work.

Though I was very drawn to massage, I chose to move into another career project that was close to my heart. Some years later as personal loss occurred, the need arose to change my career path. It was then that I chose the Massage Therapy profession.

It was during my massage education that I enjoyed making deeper connections to others through the power of touch. I recognized the role of massage therapy as an instrument to propel me further into my own healing journey from lifes emotional and physical traumas. Through my strong desire to heal and self care practice, I have progressed toward a restored state of balance for my physical, emotional and spiritual well being.

It is with a dedicated Massage and Bodywork practice that I aim to assist others toward a restored sense of wholeness. I hope to inspire the effort to improve health and well being and contribute to the gift of a renewed and empowered sense of self.
